Why can't I log into my Subscription Shop?
Having trouble logging into your subscription dashboard to manage your subscription shop? If you can't log into your subscription dashboard to manage your subscription website, there are a few things you need to make sure.
- You are not mistyping your email or password
- CAPS lock is not turned on unless it is necessary
- You are logging into your shop
If your issue still persists, please choose from the table of contents if you are a customer or a shop owner.

Logging in as a Subscriber
To be sure you are logging into the correct page, visit the home page of your subscription.
On the top right, you will find the Subscriber Login, click it.
Here, enter your login details and click sign in.
Are you still unable to log in? Then click on forgot password.
Here, enter your email ID and submit, you will receive a password reset link to change your password.

Logging in as a Shop Owner
First, make sure you are logging into your shop. To log into your shop, click on "Locate My Shop".
This will take you to the shop owner login page. Type in the email registered with your shop and click "Go to my shop"
You will now be taken to your shop's login page where you can log into your dashboard and edit your subscription shop to your needs.
